Due to the nature of mail order sales, we will assume that you have agreed to all of the following guide contents when you place your order.
Regarding shipping within Japan
Payment Methods
Our store uses Shopify Payments and accepts VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners.
If you choose cash on delivery, the following fees will be charged: Cash on delivery fee: 440 yen (tax included) (same price nationwide)
Please note that if you choose cash on delivery, the cash on delivery fee will be included in the shipping fee .
Shipping and Delivery (within Japan)
The following shipping fee will be charged per delivery address: 690 yen (tax included) *Please note that for remote islands (including Hokkaido and Okinawa), a separate shipping fee will be charged to those in these areas. Detailed shipping fees will be sent to you via order confirmation email. (Maximum 4,730 yen (tax included))
Free shipping on orders over 5,500 yen (tax included). *Please note that we will charge a separate shipping fee for customers in these remote islands (including Hokkaido and Okinawa). We will contact you via order confirmation email with the detailed shipping amount. (Maximum 4,730 yen (tax included))
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays and 2:00 PM on weekends and holidays will be shipped the same day.

We will ship the items together if the following conditions are met:

*Please note that even a single character difference (including spaces) will prevent the order from being recognized as being shipped together due to automated system processing. Items ordered within any of the following times will be shipped together.
Example: Orders made at 8:00 and 13:00 will be shipped together. Orders made at 7:00 and 12:00 will not be shipped together.
When shipping from Japan to overseas, the shipping fee for overseas shipping will be applied.
Please note that if customs duties or import taxes are incurred, the recipient will be responsible for paying them.
Long-term absence (in Japan)
If the product is returned to us due to customer absence, a shipping fee of 800 yen (tax included) will be charged.

We only accept orders via our website.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us using the inquiry form within 30 minutes of placing your order.
We will try to cancel orders before they are shipped, but please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the work situation.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations after shipment. Although there are rare cases of "fraying," "lint," "uneven weaving," and "loose shape" that occur during the sewing process that do not affect wearability, we do not accept cancellations, complaints, or returns due to the nature of the product. In addition, we offer our products at a low price, so please be aware of this before purchasing.
If the item is damaged, soiled, or has pages missing or out of order, we will accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations. Please contact us using the inquiry form before returning the item. The shipping fee for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer. After contacting us, please return the item prepaid (at your expense).
About Membership Registration
Membership registration is free.
You can now easily order without having to enter shipping information when making your purchase.
You cannot change your password from My Page. Please log out once, click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen, and then change your password.
*When you reset your password, you will receive an email titled "Reset your password for your account." Please follow the instructions in the email to re-register a new password.
*Please note that depending on your environment, emails may end up in your spam folder.
*If you reset multiple times, you may be redirected to an error page. In that case, please wait a while and try resetting again.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us using the inquiry form. We will confirm your order details and membership registration information and then cancel your membership.
Our official website will be relaunched on November 6, 2024.
Therefore, customers who registered as members on the old site have received an email to activate their account on the new site.

About points
You can check your points by logging in to your My Page.
We will give you 1% of the price of your order (minus the point discount amount) as points.
1 point is equivalent to 1 yen and can be used.
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests to change the number of points used after an order has been placed.
Order points will be awarded once the item has been shipped. Please note that if your order is canceled or refused after it has been shipped, the points awarded will be forfeited.
The site will be renovated on October 31, 2024, and the cart system will be transferred.
Regarding the transfer of points, please rest assured that the points owned by members as of October 31, 2024 will be transferred to the new site.

Shipping and Delivery (Overseas Delivery)
Overseas deliveries will be made from Funabashi City, Japan using UPS or OCS depending on the region.
Shipping charges include shipping and handling fees.
In addition to shipping charges, import duties, VAT (value-added tax), customs clearance fees, etc. may be charged.
Please be aware of this.
Your order will be delivered within two days of receiving it (excluding New Year's and summer holidays).
*Please note that if the weight is over 5kg, the shipping fee will be recalculated and the item will be shipped once the customer's confirmation is complete.
We offer a flat rate for deliveries up to 5kg (※) for each delivery area.
Shipping to the China area (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) will be via OCS, and to other areas, we will use UPS Worldwide Express Saver.

If the weight exceeds 5kg (※), we will recalculate the shipping costs and send you an email with the final amount.
Even if the weight does not exceed 5kg, shipping costs will be calculated based on the size (volume weight), remote location, etc., so please be aware that the shipping cost may exceed the amount you have paid.
If additional shipping charges are incurred, we will charge you the difference from the amount you have already paid.
Billing will be carried out with your consent. We will send you a confirmation email, so please reply to this email within two weeks.
If the customer replies to the email and agrees to the additional charge, we will process the additional charge and move on to the shipping process.

In addition to the order and shipping costs, the destination country or shipping service may require you (or the recipient) to pay additional duties, taxes and fees. No refunds will be given for cancellations after shipment.
If a return occurs
If the product is returned due to an extended absence, an unknown address, or refusal to accept customs duties, we will not provide a refund.

Returns and Exchanges

All costs incurred when returning or exchanging a product(※) will be borne by the customer.
After contacting us, please return the item with a deposit (paid by the customer).
