[Regarding Year-End and New Year Holiday Shipping]
Our final shipment of the year will be for orders received by 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 30. New shipments will start on Saturday, January 4, and normal shipping will resume on Sunday, January 5. We apologize for any inconvenience during this period and appreciate your understanding.
Shipping within Japan
Payment Method
Our store uses Shopify payments and accepts VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners.
If you choose cash on delivery, the following fees will be charged: Cash on delivery fee: 440 yen (tax included) (nationwide flat rate)
Please note that if you choose cash on delivery, the delivery fee will be included in the shipping fee.

The following shipping fee will be charged per delivery address: 690 yen (tax included) *Remote islands (including Hokkaido and Okinawa): Please note that we will charge additional shipping fees to those in these areas. Free shipping for purchases of 5,500 yen or more (tax included) *Please note that we will charge additional shipping fees for customers in remote islands (including Hokkaido and Okinawa). Orders placed before 4pm on weekdays and 2pm on weekends and holidays will be shipped the same day.

We will ship the items together if the following conditions are met:
Hours for accepting combined deliveries: 1. 4pm to 7:30am the next morning, 2. 7:30am to 2pm, 3. 2pm to 4pm *Please note that as this is an automatic system process, even a single character difference (including a space) will not be recognized as combined deliveries, so please be careful.
Items ordered during any of the combined shipment acceptance times 1 to 3 will be shipped together.
Example: Orders at 8:00 and 13:00 → Shipped together Orders at 7:00 and 12:00 → Cannot be shipped together
When shipping from Japan to overseas, shipping charges for overseas shipping will apply.
Please note that if customs duties or import taxes are incurred, the consignee will be responsible for paying them.
Long-term absence (in Japan)
If the product is returned to us due to customer's absence for an extended period of time, you will be charged a shipping fee of 800 yen (tax included).

Cancellation Policy

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations after shipment. Although there are rare cases of "fraying," "lint," "uneven weaving," and "loose shape" that occur during the sewing process that do not affect wearability, we do not accept cancellations, complaints, or returns due to the nature of the product. In addition, we offer our products at a low price, so please be aware of this before purchasing.
If the item is damaged, soiled, or has pages missing or out of order, we will accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations. Please contact us using the inquiry form before returning the item. The shipping fee for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer. After contacting us, please return the item prepaid (at your expense).
About Membership Registration
Membership registration is free.
You can now easily order without having to enter shipping information at the time of purchase.
You cannot change your password from My Page.

About points
You can check your points by logging into My Page.
We will give you 1% of the price of your ordered items (minus the point discount amount) as points. 1 point is equivalent to 1 yen and can be used. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests to change the number of points used after an order has been placed.Points will be awarded when the order has been shipped. In the event of cancellation or refusal to receive the order after shipment is completed, the points awarded will be lost. Please understand this in advance.
The site will be renovated on October 31, 2024, and the cart system will be transferred.
