Terms of service

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulate the terms of use of the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided on this website by JC International Works Co., Ltd. Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Obligation to Compensate)

    2. Acting infringing on the intellectual property rights of the products we handle
    3. Acting in any other manner that violates these terms of use

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

Article 12 (Governing Law, Court of Jurisdiction)

In the event of a dispute regarding these terms and conditions, the district court with jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
